Acceptance
By using Free JSON Toolkit you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, the right move is simply not to use the tools. And because nothing is stored about you, walking away leaves no trace on our side.
Use of the tools
The tools are provided free of charge for lawful, personal, and professional use. You are responsible for the content you paste or upload and for verifying that any output is correct before you rely on it. Do not use the tools to process data in a way that violates any law or third-party right that applies to you.
No warranty
The toolkit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate for every input.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the tools, including loss of data or reliance on output. Because your data is processed on your own machine and never stored by us, we have no copy of it to lose or disclose. But you should still treat the service as you would any local utility and keep your own backups.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
About this document
This page is written to be readable, not to be a wall of legalese. It captures the practical reality of a free, account-less, local-first tool. For binding legal terms tailored to a specific jurisdiction or commercial context, consult a qualified lawyer.
