Where to reach us

The fastest, most useful way to reach the project is on GitHub. Bug reports, feature requests, and questions about the roadmap all belong there, in the open, where the next person with the same question can find the answer.

Open or browse issues on GitHub →

Reporting a bug

A bug report we can act on usually includes four things:

  • The tool and the URL you were on.
  • What you did, step by step.
  • What you expected, versus what actually happened.
  • Any red error from the browser console (F12 → Console). A single line of it is often the whole fix.

Because every tool runs locally, your browser and its version matter too. Include them if you can.

Private matters

For anything that shouldn't be public, such as a security concern, a privacy question, or something personal, reach out by email and it will stay between us.

Note that, by design, we have no record of the data you process, so we can't retrieve or delete a copy of it on our side. There simply isn't one. The privacy page explains exactly what is and isn't stored.
